I ordered 3 suits over a month ago, and have only received one. I have an email thread of 8 emails where I have attempted to contact them.
Their customer service is horrible as they hardly respond, place me on long holds, and scarcely get back to me. You never know who's replying to the few emails they do return since they go by letters and numbers. I am currently $411 in the red with them with only one suit to show for it.
I even had to email Rakuten (where I initially heard about MenUSA) guys to secure the cashback offer. Also, tracking your order is nearly impossible because they only use your area code.

I orderd a red gold black floral 2pc suit with matching bow tie from mensusa they responded and told the suit I oderd was damaged so they asked if would like to order another suit in place of the 1st suit that was damaged so I did I orderd the same suit but a different color the color was purple gold and black 2pc suit with matching Bow tie then I found out that the Bow tie didnt come with the suit although the bow tie was displayed as a part of the entire suit and I feel that this is false Advertisement and misleading the customer but they dont tell you this!!! So finally I talk to a guy there by the name of mr David hes Awesome he really help me sort things out so I thought we were on our way way then after all of this I came to find out the the suit theyre sending me is the wrong Size and now my wedding is three weeks away!!! So now I have to wait until the suit gets here then resend the suit back so they can send me the Right size Im beyond stressed out Right now I tried to contact mr David but no response from him as of yet I dont care about the monies I have no time time for a refund but I just need the right suit size my size is a 56-long somebody please help help or else my wedding will be ruined

User's recommendation: Fix your phones where they can actually talk to people and not have to go through all the changes they have to go through with these stupid codes and all this other stuff to resolve the issue

Hello I just a 2-pc red black gold floral suit from menus they emailed me and told me the suit that I orderd was damaged then they asked would like like to Oder another one so I did I orderd the same suit but a different color it was black purple and gold 2pc with matching Bow tie then finally I got a responds from mr david who works there hes awesome!! So I thought everything was good but I come to find out Im being sunt the wrong size suit now I have to go through this stressful process all over again my wedding is in three weeks this has me overly stressed out this could Ruien my whole entire wedding a Groom with no tuxedo!!!
I careless about the money I jus want the right size suit someone please help me!!!! My weddings on the line

Verified ReviewerResolved: Purchased order 2/12/22. Called seven times for tracking, given run around, can't get a supervisor to speak to me.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Original out of stock.
Replaced with same style but not full quil but ostrich leg at $60 extra Company paid $30.
But still over charged. Use options 8 for a real customer service rep..
Talked to Liz 2/24 and Zoey 2/25. I've reached out six times for a tracking number. No response to date.
