I got sick on vacation. Ended up in the hospital.
My mom sat alone at the manor hotel eating. I understand your policies of non-refunding. But sometimes people are more important than policies. You guys must really need money......
Been going here for 35 years with my dad under my dad's name weren't able to go several years after losing him. But you have absolutely ruined coming to San Antonio Texas for good. The manager of the sued surfaces is very rude what she said is you got several emails it says no refund policy that's all we can do click..... I was being courteous, not going after being sick so that I wouldn't get a lot of other people sick doing the right things sucks when others don't do it so very embarrassed for your company...
and again, thanks for ruining San Antonio for my mother and I it was supposed to be a vacation to be with my deceased father in his memory like we had done for decades, and then one fell swoop one business and one person has ruined that the power of a few bad words and actions can undo decades of absolute fun... I told the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The 30 lift drivers we had all about the experience and everyone said that they would pass that on so you might want to tell the lady who makes decisions that she made a very poor one and if there was any sympathy in her voice, not condensation rude, and I need to go because there's other people to wait on and take care of. I might've had a little better opinion, but she has no business being in charge of other people and with the public.
I understand you don't do refunds is there someway you can make an exception give us a coupon for next year's brunch. Mom has little $.
