This is just terrible, I got a MTS-N tenor sax for 2023 Christmas. It is April 2024.
First of all the pad fell out of the saxophone neck. The Eb key protector fell out, had to fix that. Inside looks rusty and moldy, like its been used. Needles fall out often.
6 total leaking pads. Ab key doesn't close all the way. Low C key stopped working. No music stores can fix or provide parts for this brand of instrument.
Overall if you really want to learn music. Just go all out and buy a good instrument.

I got a Mendini MTS-N tenor sax for Christmas 2023. It is now April 2024.
There are so many problems and flaws I can't count it. First of all, the bottom curve part on the inside it looks rusty and used, almost moldy. A few days in the real flaws start appearing. Its maybe Early February and the pad in the saxophone neck falls out!
I now have to use a piece of foam wedged in the octave key slot as substitute. Just today the low C key stops working. And just a week before this the needle fell out and I had to repair it. The screws came untightened and loose.
The rods are shaky and feel like there going to break. There are 6 total leaking pads. In a even slightly humid Environment the keys start sticking. And your spit crystalizes?
And sticks to it. I don't even know.
No music stores have parts to fix them. So overall if you want to take music seriously, Just go all out and buy a YAMAHA or SELMER.
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY!
Strap issue on our new saxophone
We bought a saxophone for our daughter and it arrived 12/23/23, right before Christmas. She was in the middle of performance and she leaned forward to pick up her personal item and the saxophone got loose from the neck-strap (a piece connected from the strap and the instrument.).
The instrument landed on the ground and has 2 damages. The strap is still attached to her neck. She plays many instruments and this Saxophone is her Christmas gift and she loves it.
We would like to talk to your customer service and talk about the issue of this strap. Please call us.

I almost bought one of your horns. I play in a local big band and we are getting to be much Better than we were in years past.
Players have instruments a few that have played professionally. There are a few music teachers too.
One of the music teachers told me not to buy a Mendini for two reasons-she said the trombones use thinner metal pieces and if you need a part to fix it, they will be hard to get.
Can you tell me if there are repair shops in Northern New York or in the Syracuse area that fix Mendini trombones if I need one? Are parts hard to find?
