Free trial worked one day now being charged
Hi, I signed up about 12 or so days ago, and it worked that night. The following day, or maybe the third day, when I tried to log in, it did not work.
I said I did not have a membership, or it did not recognize me. The email and password were saved when I created them. I double-checked. I haven't had a chance to call, and then I noticed they attempted to charge as I approved, but since it did not work the following day, I assumed it was some kind of issue.
If you check my account and see it only works that first night, please let me know what the problem is and why I was unable to sign in.
I would like to continue the trial minus the one day, if you can help me figure out what happened on your end. Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Called and on hold. Approximately 40min each time. Finally got through and when I explained my concern was hung up on.

Over priced
It cost $29.99 for 1 month and $39.99 to download witch i thought would be $10.00 more added to my membership. WRONG. a 1 month membership with download is $69.98 and i was also charged $3.99 for a 7 day recurring to another site that i didnot knowingly join.
