Called and on hold. Approximately 40min each time. Finally got through and when I explained my concern was hung up on.

Over priced
It cost $29.99 for 1 month and $39.99 to download witch i thought would be $10.00 more added to my membership. WRONG. a 1 month membership with download is $69.98 and i was also charged $3.99 for a 7 day recurring to another site that i didnot knowingly join.

Paid membership fees and could not gain access. Did everything suggested- change password, call support. Went from 2nd in que to 26th repeatedly
