Resolved: Paid for a life time subscription but haven't heard from Memrise. No information on how to start the course. Sorry i joined up.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Plenty of emails. They were very polite, but obviously didn't take my word that i had paid the subscription, until i proved it.
I paid for a lifetime subscription to Memrise last Friday. I haven't heard back from them.
What now? How do I start the course?

What is pissed costumer?? Howcome I cannot talk to the cotumer service normally?
No you did not solve my problem..I just made a mistake by making my self a member of Pro-Memrise and...I dont want to have pro memrise, so I want my money back. Or I want to talk normally with someone on the phone.
If this is impossible than I will say to my insurance company that you are a scamm.
So I get a phone number to normally talk to the costumer service and I want my money back
and suddenly I am a member of " pissed consumer" How? I used to be a member when it was a normal company but now I dont trust it at all ...so I am waiting for your respond asap
