Cashed a duplicate cheque/money order and never refunded our money. We are a University in Canada.
- - $14000 USD not refunded after hoops for information.
- - No owner/manager contact; promos continued; order paid twice; docs faxed.
They kept making promises and made us jump through hoops to get them the information and never gave us our money back. It was $14000 in US dollars.
We emailed and phoned numerous times and could never speak to an owner or manager. Also they kept sending us promotional materials and sales flyers for years afterward. We did not ever get our money back. Essentially our institution accidentally paid twice for the same order.
They clearly knew what the problem was.
They were faxed and emailed the original cheque and money order face and all appropriate documentaion. They are a large company it is hard to believe they would just not pay us back!
