Memorials.com Can Leave It.
- Bought a brushed bronze Urn Plaque on Feb 28, 2017.
- Was told it would be back by Apr 1; after Apr 11 email, funds refunded and still showed them.
Bought a brushed bronze Urn Plaque on February 28, 2017. Got a call telling me that they wouldn't have them back in stock until the first of April.
Not indication that these were on back-order on their website. In this day and age, you should have up to the minute idea as to items on back order. They took my money and I waited. Hadn't heard from them so I sent an email on 04/11/2017.
Got a reply back saying they didn't have any in yet and it would be another 6 weeks to get them. They refunded my money and said they would let me know when they get them. This is unacceptable. Their website is still showing they have them available for sale and not on back order.
False advertisement. If you don't have the products, then don't take payment until you get the product. You earned interest on my money for the month and almost a half. It's not much from my money, but how many people do they do this to?
It adds up. A company doesn't have to have any products in inventory, just say they do. Then they just collect payments, say the are on back order, collect interest, and return the payments.
That's free money to them. False advertisement.
