I did an pet laser engraving. The engraver could not fix his mistakes on the proof.

His quotation marks faced wrong direction, when asked to fix, he fixed it but when he did, he shorted the blank space. Fed up with the laziness, I called and cancel the order.

Ordered elsewhere, it cost more, but got a proofreader engraver, not a young baboon. Dont order from mgp.

I ordered this keychain for my son it was on sale for I think $19.99 + $3.95 to have Mikko engraved on it + I think $2.95 for paw print trails Added a pic of the keychain order totaling $24 something. I then found a heart for my daughter again item on sale for $19.99. I wanted to have Mikko also engraved but on this on they wanted $24.00 something to engraved. So I messaged them on facebook messenger saying "Hello there I love the items you have for pet creamation jewelry.

I am purchasing a keychain for my son with an engrable name Mikko and the price is perfect. However I need a fillable necklace for my daughter a simple heart and to have it engraved is more than the item. Do you happen to have any coupon discounts for this. I have never ever seen a price this high to have just a name engraved.

MEMORIAL GALLERY PETS, on online business, sold me a faulty cremation pendant and a scratched up engraved urn box for my pet that I paid to have engraved with the pet's photo. The business boasts a complete 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, but without giving any reason, they refused to honor it.

I complained to the BBB, which did nothing to help me. I could not understand why a business that provides a fraudulent claim like this can get away with it! It was finally agreed that they reimburse half my costs, but I never even received that, not one penny. I really learned a hard lesson about online businesses through this experience: You do not have a single leg to stand on if you get screwed.

The owner stopped responding to all of my messages, and the BBB could not have cared less. I hope no one will make the mistake I did.

What makes it worse is that they take advantage of people mourning the loss of their pets.
