You seem fraudulent and a scam because you won't allow customer to communicate

I have dialed every customer service number on your website and in the instructions of the product my Relative sent me. I see that this is your method of operation. I am disappointed and will never recommend doing business with you because you know exactly the problems you're causing for consumers.

Preferred solution: appropriate customer service communication. Speak with an Agent but now I am moving on to a company with customer service integrity.

When this link opens, click on the button in the middle of the page and you will have a copy of the manual which you can download or print for yourself. This is not rocket science, mate.

Defective CD's

I purchased 100 Memorex CD's but they were defective . ( stop playing) Shortly after I purchased them Office Depot stopped carrying them .

I sent a package with some of the defective CD's to Imation Corp. (parent co.) in Oakdale MN.

but it was returned to me (return to sender) I am trying to contact someone at Memorex to get resolution . Need contact number and or address for Memorex .

It occurred in Jan, 23018. Defective device returned..

Still no resolution.

Return protocl with proof of purchase and delivery submitted. Still no resolution!!

Bad Discs DVD-R

I have had two discs stop recording near the end of the movies

Memorex customer service is little to no help

they tell me it not their products fault and with want me to check the manufacturer FUNAI about the compatibility of their disc to that of their product... I tried to explain that 30 discs worked, just not these two...It's tough to get Miguel to understand that all 50 pack of sony worked without a hitch............

I am buying sony products from now on

Then I find this is common place for their product their are a multitude of like complaints

Memorex waranty

i bought from my local store a 50 pck dvd-r memorex over half of them were bad called to get a replacement and they came up with they can't send a replacement because i have order a replacement from that company before which i had never even called that company until today, after hours on the phone i spoke with the supervisor and he told me the same thing there has been an replacement for a different product that was ordered which is not true well i told them that i have never received nothing plus i have never order a replacement there before after all that he said they can not do nothing else, then i told them doesn't memorex offer warranty on every single product there answer was yes so i told why can't you send me a replacement for this product that is not even the same one on there records a there answer was we could not send you a "replacement because you we think you are a liar" i was pissed, before they told me they can send a replacement even if you have gotten something replaced before but since i have never gotten a replacement i told them i have never replace nothing with that company ooh was that a mistake i guess their policy is if they think your lying they won't send a replacement that' a very good way of getting around their warranty i have heard complaint before from this company

WARNING don't buy memorex product for their lack of warranty and their bad quality products
