I was charged $48.14 I don't know how that happened besides I don't intend on writing a book I was thinking that maybe it was a trial thing that I looked accidentally into but I want my money back the

They have not rectified my payout, they sent money to the wrong back account. They have not addressed my issue with changing my old email to a new email address. Very dissatisfied with their customer service support.

I've tried contacting this company directly. I am the talent listed on Memmo and sent over my personalized video to the client.

I was supposed to receive the funds today, 07/16, and have yet to receive my payment for services rendered. I've tried sending numerous emails to contact this company to request information for the last 3 days. I would appreciate it if Memmo would contact me as soon as possible.
