I placed an order. I contacted customer service about possibly waiving a shipping fee because I had seen a sample on sale after I ordered a regular item.
The customer service representative said no, I would have to cancel my order, but my order had already shipped, it said. So I didn't want to get charged twice, so I said just go ahead and let my original order go through. After numerous e-mails, I see where the person canceled the order! The charge is still on there, and I can't get anyone to respond.
I don't want to reorder because I don't know if this charge will come off. Terrible customer service.
