Meli Cafe (500 S Dearborn St, Chicago, IL 60605) is restaurant in name only. Never received any service from a member of the waitstaff after being seated.
A waitress passed the table twice without ever saying a word. During departure, a member of waitstaff had the hubris to ask about the service NOT provided.
Preferred solution: Apology
