MEI Internet Delton Mi.

I have changed to MEI from Hughes net earlier this year. Service was good in the beginning. I even had asked for and received a credit on my bill when the service was down on 1 occasion. Well during the last week & a half the service was down for a day and then this week it has been down everyday so far ( partially ). Today after mailing in my $84 dollar ( MEI ) bill , I had called and asked for a credit due to lack of them providing a continual service. I was told that they will not do that due to the weather and act of god stuff.... Needless to say , I'm not happy, the Internet & phone has been interrupted or completely out of service at least 4.5 days . all I asked for was a 2 day credit which is more than fair. Is that not being realistic ? Yes their pole was hit by lightening and that alone I would let slide. But... almost daily the service is down preventing me from accessing the internet and using our home phone. I would think that a little " credit " should be issued just to keep the customers happy. The company is just not performing as i expected. What should seperate them from the " BIG " providers should be the little things , like a credit , after all I'm paying for 30-or 31 days of service. IMO
