Resolved: Package was returned to sender due to glitch in software.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Sucks
Package of Tommy John 6 pack underwear order that was on its way to me was shipped back to the sender. The screen auto-corrected to 601 NW 12th Street Boca Raton FL 33486 but it's actually Avenue.
The address was incorrect. I want a credit or a refund or 2 of the same item for the inconvenience.
