I never received a receipt for my purchase of 2 tickets for the George Strait, Chris Stapleton Concert in Tampa FL on August 5, 2023. I call and the money was taken off my card but like I said, ive not received a receipt for the transaction. Thank-yo

User's recommendation: If you have a problem, just contact the customer service department. The gentleman representative that assisted me listened to my problem and immediately corrected it.e.
