I haven't been to NYC in years! This year I decided to go see the Nutcracker.
I was a little nervous, because I have not used Mega Seats before. Called in and the representative, June, was so helpful in finding me good tickets.
The tickets came within a few days. I couldn't be more pleased!

When things go wrong there is no help.
Unfortunately I purchased tickets for an event in Las Vegas and never received my tickets or a refund. What I did receive is a lot of excuses from the customer service team.
This is my experience;
I bought 2 tickets to see a comedy show in Las Vegas about 4 hours before the show time for about $260. The tickets were supposed to be digitally transferred. About 2 hours before the show I still did not receive the transfer. I called customer support and was advised I should receive my tickets within 30 minutes.
I did not receive the tickets within that time frame, and when I called back customer support was already closed for the day. I decided to drive to the venue to see if the box office could assist, but they did not have any record of the sale. I eventually received the email to claim my tickets, but when I clicked the link I immediately got an error saying my tickets were claimed by a different email address. Needless to say I didnt get to go to the show using the tickets I purchased.
The next day I contacted support and spoke with Anna who told me there was nothing they could do.
I asked to speak with a manager and was told there are no managers. Eventually the rep told me that she would have someone call me later. I did receive a call from someone going by the alias of MJ who began to tell that she deals with dishonest people every day after I explained my frustration about the situation.
She gave a bunch of excuses and no resolutions. I told her I had screenshots of the incident, and she eventually emailed me so I can upload the proof I had.
I am so upset because now I am at the mercy of this company in the hopes to be reimbursed, but I know it is unlikely due to the lack of accountability and empathy I have received so far from this company.

They won't resolve it. I will never ever order tickets again. From no company.
I feel scammed! And I didn't even get the emailed directions to assist my issue in what was stated to me the only resolution.

This site is a flat-out scam along with many others. I wish there were reviews on the Google sites instead of having to dig for them They seriously need a warning label Along with StubHub and Ticketmaster

What a joke, drove 2hrs to go to game and was told a error occurred when 1st bought 6hrs before game and that they will be resent later . Then they have no contact on site you buy tix, and then I look up to call and get that they were closed. i ended with no tix and need to see if they scammed my c.card!
BEWARE THEY WILL SELL YOU CHEAP TIX BUT YOU WONT GET THEM OR HAVE TO BUY HIGHER.

I bought tickets to the heat game for section 214 row 1, (2 seats seated together.)
But the tickets the seller transfer me: only one ticket is in the first row. My second ticket is in the second row on the opposite end.
Please fix it.

No tickets
We ordered tickets and they were local pick up tickets. 4 hours before the show we get a text advising us the supplier of the tickets sent them digitally and couldn't give them to us but he would escort us into the venue.
Well that does no good because WE DID NOT HAVE ANY TICKETS TO GET INTO SECTIONS OR MOVE AROUND. Heaven forbid we have to go to the car and enter again. After receiving this odd text message about ticket delivery we called the venue and they advised the tickets should have been sent to us via ticketmaster so we had a copy of the tickets and furthermore we would have a difficult time even getting into our section. We asked for a refund based on the fact there were no tickets to pick up and they were on this guy's phone.
We will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. We've been to many events and my guys is they bought them on a special promotion where you cannot resell them, yet they gouge the *** or of others, like us.
A $32 dollar ticket we paid $130 each for and didn't have anything to show for? Yeah, sounds like we were scammed.

I desperately want to purchase tickets for the upcoming USOpen Golf tournament.
In order to buy tickets, I'd like to know exactly the price I'm obligated for. Your checkout leaves it open to add additional charges after I have given my credit info.
This is not good as a similar experience with Vivid seats in which I purchased a $25.00 ended up costing $140.00.
Added fees of $50.
for the seat and an additional $40.00 for parking all added after I had given my credit card info. This is so wrong in many ways and I'm not going to be a victim again.
So unless you can be completely honest with the total charges...I will not participate.

I'd like to buy tickets for the upcoming US Open Golf. However, when I get down to the purchase of tickets, the disclaimer says the final price for tickets may or may not be lower or higher than the face ticket value.
