We went to Red Cliffs last night—couldn't stand the movie. Is this thing on?
We walked out after watching the actual show for 20 minutes, not including previews and commercials. I talked to the 2 guys who looked at tickets before entering the theatre for about 5 min. They told us to go to the counter. We spoke with Riley P, who said we saw more than 30 minutes of the show, which we did not, so he wouldn't do anything.
I have tried calling that theatre, Sunset, Cedar, Utah County theatres—the numbers listed on your site—multiple times. Conveniently, they all automatically hang up on you. Customer. Oh, isn't that great customer service?
Which really is an ordeal. It wants me to pursue this issue that much more. Our ticket: #196****/001 & 196****/002.
I certainly hope I hear from someone. Thank you in advance.

Practically impossible to find out whats playing at their theaters or to find out the ticket prices! One must go online, create an account and password!!
Ill just either not go at all or show up and hope for the best. Absolutely ridiculous. I called CineMark and spoke to a human immediately. Im changing theaters of course.
AND the name of their customer service line was pissed consumer!!!
I NEVER use that word and think its vulgar and I wasnt angry! Just trying to get some customer service!

They were great! They took care of quickly. Credited my account for the charge.
I contacted them the day after the pending charge showed and they apologized and took care of immediately! It is went I love the service when I get my R&R off the ship.

Food Options
- - Thanksgiving Point Megaplex now has pizza, pickles, and nachos.
- - It's now like Cinemark.
- - If Cat Megaplex costs more, choose the other theater.
The Thanksgiving Point Megaplex used to offer a wide variety of food options: quesadillas, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. They eliminated everything but pizza, pickles, and nachos.
Total bummer.
They are almost the same as Cinemark now. So if the movie costs more at Cat Megaplex, I would go with the other theater.
