Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service!
Worst experience ever! Boys there are so rude!
I will never go again. I dont recommend it to anyone, ever!

No value of services vs my hard earned dollars
This is the third time Ive had my late model suv washed there after each time the back window is still dirty being that its winter the road grime is really bad in the back and they never get it clean. Especially at the top of the window just below the overhang air damn.
There automatic brushes dont go over and scrub the very back of the car they have a guy with a long handle brush who is supposed jto scrub the window he makes one pass across the window and one pass back which isnt enough to get it clean. Ive tried to call both numbers the one on the receipt is 509 241 **** all you get is an automatic Hang up and the website number is 509 241 **** but dont bother because they dont answer that phone it just rings and rings and rings.
Well we all work hard for our money. Hey people lets not take this crap anymore we need valve for our hard earned dollars $$$.
Preferred solution: I want them to wash my car properly so it is clean not ***
