I have used this service many times. I recently got a "bad" cartridge, and called their "customer service".
They told me i had to contact them through email, to resolve my issue. I now see why.

MegaToners.com - worst ink I have ever purchased

I purchased ink from Megatoners.com on line service. The ink cartridge didn't fit right and didn't print. When I called the customer service number was told that the only way I could get it resolved was through email. I had told her I sent two messages and had not gotten a response. She said that was the only way to get the issue taken care of.
I wrote them again and the response I got was to unplug the printer wait 5 mins and restart. I did that and nothing happen it was the same problem.
I wrote them back and was told to repeat the same thing again. I did and nothing. After head cleaning the nozzle several times and lost most of the ink doing it. I asked them for a replacement for the two cartridges. All they are doing is stalling. I have never had a problem with other companies like this.
Go to ink smile or other companies stay away from this one. The ink is cheap and you get what you pay for. Headaches
