Too many escorts and really unprofessional «models”
In my opinion Winston its a nice and professional guy, but he need to screen his girls more.
I hired Isis Olivera or whenever her name is, she is really short and weird - I saw her instagram she looks like a cheap *** I wish I saw it before. Very unprofessional and in my opinion its a scammer I saw she stolen some make up from other models, highly not recommend to hire that specific model

Worked with him for 6 yrs... he texts you at night to flirt...
dont respond to his texts unless its buisnesss related... he and his brother run this side gig. Im a real model most girls are wannabe actors or regular people looking to make pocket change.. called him to negotiate rates for a job...
he is horrible at it and clients dont take him seriously. Low end hair jobs z... never let wella dye your hair or cut it for $300 agency girls get 6k- 60k for a cut. *** tell you youre being ungrateful if you ask for more ...
*** be nice in the beginning. Im a real model and has worked for 9 years print fashion and editorial ... hes a *** living in Florida having sushi dinners with the money he makes off our backs... stole me and all the girls from his ex wifes agency.
Lisa is worse than him but hes not much better.. stay away

This turned out to be the client Redken's fault and not that of Megaflashmodels. Winston immediately wired me the money once he was made aware.
I worked the redken symposium 2019 in Vegas and after not gearing from Winston or recieving my check, I contacted him. He told me to *** and to go ahead and sue him.
I lost over $4k due to working as local talent for this con artist. STAY AWAY MODELS! I doubt this will help anyone because I obviously did not look up these reviews before the gig so why would future models? Lesson learned for myself though.
Im trying to gather as much information on "Winston Yale Ross Lipton" if thats really even hos name. I know he lives in costa rica so shouldnt be too hard to find him and give him the payback he deserves.

We tag all of our m9dels because we are not worried if our competitors reach out to them or aspiring m9dels wanting to know the truth about our amazing reputation of impeccable payment terms, lower fees, and a better agency experience. Once a model works with us, they dont want to work with a competitor. We already put one agency out 9f business, and we would not surprised if th8s "anonymous poster was you". Dont be fooled one agency went out of business and didnt pay man6 models.
We have been told that the same person is using their old database to lure models into accepting jobs again. Beware of agencies without phone numbers on their website.
We know who we are and again, would we really tag our models if we had fear of losing them or our constant stream of incoming business and new jobs that we post. If you are not working with @megaflashmodels you are missing out on opportunities, better modeling rates, and faster payment turnaround times.
Actually I’ve worked with Winston many time for 6 years and he is very unprofessional unwilling to negotiate rates on your behalf belittles you when you ask. No respect when agency girls get 60x the amount these hair companies give you.
I’m an agency model and he doesn’t seem to get it. This is just his side hustle he stole me and most of his roster from Lisa Lipton his ex wife’s company . Not to say she was great but I didn’t have deal with some middle age dude flirting with me and texting me at all hours of the night. Beware of this guy..
he’ll pay you on time but will throw you away and tell you it’s ok to ruin your hair with bleach and cut it like a little boy for pocket change because that’s the only rate he can get you and treat you like ur acting ungrateful for the job! Btw I’m very real not his ex wife and has booked several traveling jobs with this ***

Has changed his business name 3 times because of many law suits .

You don't get paid until the event you modeled for comforts you were there. Well, who's to say MegaFlash is lying and saying you were never their even though they know you were.
They say they will pay you half of the check once they have confirmation you actually went to the modeling hair event, but they don't. Don't waist your time with MegaFlash.
I did one modeling event through them and I was supposed to get paid the next week because of their "we pay half now half later" well, I still haven't gotten paid and doubt I will. I should have told the people in charge of the event that I found this job not through MegaFlash so at least this way the pay check that is mine and not Megaflash's would come to me and I would have gotten paid for it.
I worked and still have no paycheck from it. You can't withhold money from others when you say you will pay them!!!!

LOL - I guess if you are competitor it's a losing proposition when a company runs a tight ship. Our reputation at every show grows and that's why more and more models keep switching over. MegaFlash Models is owned by two people by the way.

Worst company
MegaFlash raves about 'paying the fastest'. They do NOT.
It took 5 weeks...which spring boards me to the communication with the models they hire: horrendous. Never have I needed to fill out THREE W-2 forms. There is one person to "communicate" with and when you email him, it takes days for him to respond. And when he responds he's super rude.
I only used this agency because of their claim to pay the fastest.
Never should have switched. Completely disorganized and disappointing.

I can assure you that there no extra fees ask any model the we regram on our instagram @megaflashmodels and we will see how full of excrement you really are. Post with your name so I can take legal action.
We all know how my exwife's previous company didnt pay any models and took all sorts of fees at her previous competitive company. Beware I understand she is back with a Brand Ambassador company

Good Experience
I've worked for them three times. Yes, I think the first time you work some extra comes out as an agency fee, but all the times after, it doesn't.
Most agencies take out fees constantly so I think this is better than that. Also, they answer my questions about what the hairstylist wants to do to my hair.
I've always been paid and gotten my money so I don't know why someone wouldn't have been paid. I like having them as my hair agent.
I always check the facebook page reviews on Megaflash Models they seem to have many happy models.

Mega Flash Models - Massive Scam
The first time I worked for Mega Flash Models, they took out hidden fees and higher cuts, causing my to lose a huge chunk of my hard earned money from hair modeling. I should have gone with another agency that only took 10% commission, but hindsight is 20/20.
I made the mistake of working for them again on a smaller paying job and I never received my check! Never again will I work for them. After doing some research and asking around, I discovered that Mega Flash Models is just a one-man operation by some old guy named Winston Rose. He is being sued by the first company he worked for, "Hair Model Express." He also started his own company, stealing their clients, called "Global Hair Models." He got sued there too, so he closed shop and started "Mega Flash Models." Be careful, ladies.
This is one to avoid. Work with any other agency!

- Taking hidden fees out of my check
- Being lied to
That’s true some agencies for hair charge 10% Winston is horrible and never negotiates rates... watch him go on this thread and try to squash this complaint lol

I am trying to take this review down. MegaFlashModels was NOT to blame.
It was the client Redken's fault. As soon as I contacted Winston he wired my payment to me. The client told him I was a no show which was untrue.

Mega Flash is a internet scam service & not a legitimate bonded agency Same guy running it just changed the name from his former scam agency Hair Model Express that is shut down for not paying models Stay away from this scam & sign with a local legit agency in your area
