- - We asked to ship tires to our address, not the installer.
- - Email says shipment is 300 miles away in Muskegon; we want a refund if it won't reach us.
Order #10-1040*-***13 we asked to have our tires sent to our address and they still sent them to the installer which wasnt supposed to happen we asked them to send them to our address and they said that was going to happen. Then we got the email that they are 300 miles away from us in Muskegon mi.
If our order cant get to our we will need a refund asap and we will never us eBay service again.
Which you are doing business with any help in this matter is appreciated. Ill go tomorrow and cancel payment for the order sense I have not received the item ordered.

Received only two tires ordered and paid for four
- - I did not receive all four tires at once.
- - FedEx delivered the remaining tires after a loading dock mix-up; the order is complete.
Did not receive all four tires at the same time. But I got a notification saying that I received all four tires and I was trying to get in touch with you but could not track my order with the number that I had.
I contacted PayPal and they wrote it up as missing and later that evening FedEx showed up with the other two tires saying there was a mix-up at the loading dock. It was not your fault. It was FedEx.

Two tires were dropped off and I got a letter saying four were delivered that is not the case I need the other two immediately. Or I'll send all of them back

Only received half of a full set of tires
I ordered a set of tires and only received 2 of them. Can't get a hold of anyone, absolutely no human contact what so ever,

Selling knock off tires, not supposed to last that way I just put them the other month and they already gone bought another from a different seller ,that's why I know it's bad because that one is bad too I thought maybe was only this particular seller but once you buy it from two sellers and all of them are bad that means the tires are no good
