Scam dealership
- - Online price was inflated.
- - Quoted 13k, then added charges to 24k.
- - Charged 3,000 for a service contract despite declining.
Mega Auto Outlet should be called SCAM CITY, not only did they inflate the price from what they had listed online. They quoted me a price of 13k then added frivolous charges to my contract which added up to 24k.
Insane.
In addition, they charged me $3000 for a service contract yet I decline the service contract.
They guys are operating fraudulent business practice. Ive reported them to the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board.
I IMPLORE EVERYONE TO REPORT THEM TO THE VIRGINIA MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER BOARD SO THAT THEY CAN LOSE THEIR LICENSE.

I PAID a $695 PROCESSING FEE AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TAGS, THEY WILL GET YOU APPROVED WITH A HIGH INTEREST RATE, THEY'RE SELLING VEHICLES WITH NO INSPECTION STICKERS AND OR INSPECTION STICKERS WHERE THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED.
THEY WILL PROMISE TO FIX THINGS JUST TO GET YOU TO SIGN THE PAPERWORK, THEY'RE KNOWINGLY SELLING LEMON/ FAULTY VEHICLES AND REFUSE TO PUT IN WRITING WHAT THEY PROMISED WHEN YOU PURCHASED THE VEHICLE.THE PRICE ON THE PAPERWORK IS HIGHER THAN WHAT THEY QUOTE YOU. THEY WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE WHEN THEYRE TRYING TO GET YOU TO BUY AND WILL BE RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, NON RESPONSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY.
