Verified Reviewer |My board was hit by a car, I’m curious about replacement options
There was an irresponsible driver and I had to jump off to avoid injury, and their car ran over my board, snapping the nose and cracking the protective shell of the motor. The motor is still functional I beleive, but the deck itself needs to be replaced.

Hello, my name is Christopher Felix. I live in Connecticut.
I purchased your board four years ago. The board has been absolutely amazing. I have gone to work and out for fun and have had little to no issues. The controller never loses battery.
I go out as often as I can, and the ride is perfect. After 369 miles I only had to replace one belt. From the time I got it until now the mileage of the board has seemed to decrease and I am not sure why. I have stayed relatively the same weight, fluctuating between 175 and 185.
I ride the board in the summer, winter spring and fall. It is currently 31 Fahrenheit and I am out on my board. The board does not have the same mileage it did when I first bought it. I do not know if that is because I ride it in cold conditions or because of my weight.
My first board was the inboard M1.
I like that board a lot, the meepo voyager is 100% better. Because of the decrease in mileage overtime would there be any chance of me getting a new board from meepo? I have gone over 300 miles on the board. Right around 250 miles is where the board started to decrease in mileage.
I would be very happy with a new meepo voyager or another model that offers the speed and distance that the meepo voyager that I bought. I purchased the light kit for the board and those have also worked phenomenally. Battery time and brightness is great. I would be very grateful to acquire a new board or the same one I purchased.

My eboard delivery address was changed by Meepo to somewhere, and a guy named Omar received it. It must be an inside job.
It has been 2 weeks, and there is no way to contact them but email, which a robot responds to. Give me back my money or send me a new product!

I ordered the wrong product and I was trying to get refund but havent gotten any response from them. And there return policy states that there are no refunds after the item is shipped. And I have not gotten any confirmation that it has shipped or any confirmation that it has been refunded.

My board is not working
Meepo is not working not charging sometimes it will turn on if the battery chargers hooked up to it but then when you ride it it will turn off I love the board I love how it is it's just not working when I'm so unhappy I spent all this money for something that's not going to work that's crazy please help me I love your boards I love your skateboards it's just I just need this fixed

Trouble with board deck
One of the screws that secures the battery to the board deck is poking through the top side of the deck. I am looking for recommendation on how to fix.
