I ordered a rolling art cart and a specialty easel from Meeden Art. I received the cart promptly but found the assembly requirements outrageous.
Had to hired someone to help me and it took 2 hours to assemble. Instruction manual completely inadequate. The cart components are of good quality, and I am now happy with it.
The easel never arrived, and I stopped receiving notices with delivery updates. Attempts to contact this company were frustrating at best.
Finally stumbled upon a corporate email address and sent my inquiry. An easel arrived within a week. Then I got notified of another easel (same one) coming from FedEx. Had the same difficulty getting in touch with this company to stop the duplicate.
Did manage to stop delivery after much frustration and effort. Won't be using this company again.
