MEDWatchUSA scam the elderly

MEDWatchUSA Scammed my parents out of money. They sent the equipment to the house. There was not technician to install the equipment which is a problem for the elderly. I sent the equipment back and MEDWatchUSA. When I spoke to the customer service they said the account never got activated since the equipment was not up and running. However MEDWatchUSA did activate the account and have been charging my parents for the service for months witch was never up and running. This company scams the elderly out of money. The support is lacking since they have no field technicians to install the equipment properly. Stay away from MEDWatchUSA and use another service.

MedwatchUSA - Medwatch Monitoring System Review from Rahway, New Jersey

***** went into my account (unauthorized) and stole $125 from me. I canceled my account in January 2016 and was told to return the ******* unit, which I didn't use because I didn't know at the beginning that ***** requires an additional monthly fee with my local Police/Fire/Ambulace services. Therefore, the ****** unti sat in my house in the SAME unopened box. However, when I returned the unit, after notifying them through a call, at the end of February, I received a not ur from my bank that ****** went into my account unauthorized and took $125 out of it (which caused an issue with other bills because I am on a fixed income - therefore, my account was overdraw). When I called to inquiry about the unauthorized withdrawal, I was initially told it was due to a missing cord (lanyard). I told them that the box was never opened and it was unjust for them to take funds out of my account unauthorized. I demanded that an investigation be done, in which a callback was to occur the next day. However, no one called. Therefore, my daughter and I called them and spoke to supervisor named (Danielle) who stated that the actual "pendant" of the ******** unit was missing - which is s totally different statement I was given yesterday. I then addressed the discrepancy, the unjust of taking monies out of my account unauthorized and demanded a refund. However, to no avail. All the supervisor did was repeat what was recorded in the system and did not offer any level of resolve. I am beyond upset and feel that ****** took full advantage of me, because it's my word against their shipment/receiving a department. I DO NOT recommend the ******** system to a living soul...save the headache!
