Buyer Beware!!! Bait and Switch
- - Auto-billing hidden; product is pricier than comparable options.
- - Fraud charge reported; no refunds or cancellation; charged again after 20 days.
Bait and Switch - Expensive compared to other equally comparative products but I ordered in "Good Faith" to try the product. Never signed up for Auto Billing, if so, was hidden in fine print and NOT obvious.
Product is no better that others that are 1/3 to 1/2 the cost. Then after getting a fraudulent charge on my credit card I tried to get info from their website. No way to cancel, no way to chat, just email or call. Several emails exchanged.
20 days later I am told no refund as they have new refund policy. So I was charged another $199.00 for product that was never shipped or received. I will be filing official complaints with the BBB, MN AG, Reddit, TrustPilot, Pissed Consumer and more sites to let many others know of my negative experience.
The email chain between us clearly shows that I have actively tried to remedy this easy solution since the day after I was billed. I wish I had done a quick search on claims against MEDVI, my experience unfortunately is very common.
