My disappointment with medved

It was a Saturday 5/29 when I went to medved in westminister to purchase a car after about a week earlier when I received in the mail that I was approved for a car. I called them twice and was told that they had pulled my credit score and said that I was approved. When I got there I went through the process of receiving a car. when I got to the finance part, was told that I wasn't financed yet because the banks are closed, but was sure they could do something. A week later I was told I couldn't get financed and would have to bring the car back. This happened after I told the sales person that my previous used car I sold thinking that I was approved already and that I could loose my job because of my work hours that I cant catch the bus..so now I am having trouble getting home from work because I thought I had a car through medved..you shouldn't tell customers they are approved until they are approved totally!!!!!

Service department refused to service GM recall.

I received a letter from General Motors regarding a recall on my Chevy Impala's steering column. I contacted Medved Chevrolet in Wheat Ridge, CO, which is where I purchased the vehicle. I was told that I didn't need an appointment and that they would provide shuttle service for me while the car was being repaired I brought the car in today for it to have the recall work done and to have an oil change. The service manager said they do not have shuttle service on Saturdays, even though someone in the service department told me that they do. When I complained about this, the service manager refused to work on my car.
