It was bad enough getting multiple calls from the company concerning upgrading my pump, but am tired of their bs concerning billing. Received my bill yesterday, and today I am receiving calls concerning payment. When I called the company I was told I the call was generated because I had an outstanding balance. Really? Service by Medtronic has declined steadily over the years. They're support people are less and less competent. Received my new 603G over a week ago and it came with the wrong CGM transmitter. Over a week to get a return call only to find out it will be another week until I can use the pump because they're on back order. Ridiculous!!!

The 6 day enlite sensor NEVER lasts 6 days. I am lucky if it doesn't detach by the 4th day. The sensors are over-priced and NEVER stay in tact. I have been using this horrible senor for a year & I feel as if I have been scammed by Medtronic.

I have the same exact problems as previous customer, plus a couple extra that make me actually want to switch back to injections. I would not look forward to injections due to me having to stick myself over 7 times a day. The 630g is HEAVY. Terrible customer support on all levels. Billing, order supplies, addressing issues with product (insulin pump), replacements. Prepare to be transferred and left on hold for an extended period of time no matter what department you call - that is after being stuck in the lengthy automated system. While there are some nice improvements to the 630G from my previous paradigm model, it seems it comes with loads of negatives. Here are my top complaints: 1) Alarms go off one after another - you clear one for the next to pop up and it gets beyond agitating. The 630G belt clip pin falls out. They should make the screen to read upside down like a apple product. If you wear on belt and try to look down to read it is upside down. You must unclip from belt every time and the belt clip keeps failing. Two have failed already and when I called they are on BACK ORDER.
