I have been having a problem for more than 2 years with the Palatal Vectus epilator, I bought the Vectus machine distributor in Brazil, a company authorized by Fabrica Palomar, I have more than one Vectus machine and both give the same problems continuously, almost weekly the Vectus equipment is stopped, a huge loss, since each client that I do not pay paid a fine of 30% of the amount paid. There are weeks that the 2 Vectus machines are standing still. The problem is chronic and has been happening in several countries, Everyone has complaints from the Vectus. Due to water leakage and problems in the Vectus tip I have already tried to solve various forms with the distributor, I sent several emails to Fabrica Palomar, I never had an answer. The vectus was sold with a lifetime diode, the power source of the Laser Vectus tip, the Medpro company had this selling point. The tip is not lifelike, as it does not last half the length of the lasers of other lasers with the same energy lasts. Yesterday I had a problem with a tip, which was changed less than a week, after a great stress, much prejudice, lack of answers and respaudo. I tried to solve with importer Medpro and Fabrica Palomar, but both of them refuse, and Fabrica Palomar does not answer me. And I am aware that the problem is chronic and worldwide. In Europe this is a serious problem with the Vectus equipment, in the USA as well. The diode lasts nothing, the tip breaks every week, the tip is water, damaging other structures of the machine. The vectus unfortunately presents weekly problems and those responsible say that they can not do anything, that is, laser work for many years, I have many machines, several diode lasers and the Vectus presents the worst performance in durability. It has excellent results in terms of service, maintenance and service is a poor choice, expensive machine, expensive maintenance, expensive parts and support leaves something to be desired. As something new of the problem in less than a week and this is not the first time it happens. Srm tell that the pigeon does not respond email.
