my wife just had to deal with medicopy, what a terrible exp...the papers got to medicopy but then went on to her work w/o doctors signature thus her company will not accept them.
took her back to the docs this morning and was told mdeicopy handles all that stuff, not sure who to believe at this point ! the doc dropped the ball by not signing and medicopy dropped the ball by not noticing smh 30 bucks wasted and i feel they are gonna want another payout to repeat the process, please do not use this service ever !!!

Paid them an no services rendered!
- - I faxed forms to Medicopy via my doctor's office; they later claimed no record.
- - I paid online; a week later no services were provided.
I watched my doctor's office fax forms to Medicopy. Over a week later, I called Medicopy to follow up, only for Medicopy to say they didn't have any record of forms sent to them.
Well, they found them and said I would have to pay before they could process. I immediately paid online, and a week later, still no response! Frustrated, I took the forms with me to the doctor's office and had them complete there.
Medicopy is a total scam! They stole my payment (paid them and no services were rendered)!

No issues took place that needed to be noted. Im not sure why I received this notification about a pissed consumer.
