Dear sir or Madam,

I received notice that my subscription is about to renew. I wish to cancel - please cancel my subscription.

I like the idea of your service, however, I have continued problems logging in - and that is why I am even now contacting you this way.

I especially do not like your language in assisting with this matter calling me a pissed consumer - but there you have it.

even with full fibre speed over 300mbps , dropped quality to lowest level, used google chrome

with chromecast and macbook pro I still get buffering.

you will continue to get more negative reviews which is a shame since the content is great and you support RCM

If you don't improve then customers will sign up with ROH, Met, La Scala etc. who have their own streaming service. This is a shame as if you sorted your technical issues out customers would prefer to stay with you as its cheaper than having five different subscriptions.

Urgent Request for Refund Due to Unintended Subscription Renewal

Attention:

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with your company's approach to my subscription issue. I understand that every company has its own policies, but the complete lack of willingness to consider a customer's intentions is extremely disheartening and upsetting.

Why is it so difficult for your company to understand my perspective and blatantly ignore my needs?

I was inadvertently charged for a service I did not wish to continue using, and my attempts to resolve this have been met with silence.

It is unfair and unjust to assume that everyone who fails to cancel their auto-renewal is genuinely interested in continuing their subscription.

I urge you to reconsider my situation with empathy and fairness. It's not just about the policy, but about respecting and understanding the customer's real situation and intentions.

Therefore, I am earnestly requesting a full refund for the inadvertent renewal charge.

Hi,

I tried to unsubscribe from Medici about a month ago but no one got back to me.

Would y'all be able to stop my account from being charged the annual amount and refund me the amount that has already been charged ($149, I believe)? I have not been using this account at all, and I've made efforts to move forward with a refund.

I have tried multiple emails and no one has gotten back to me.

There is also not an option to unsubscribe on the website. Thanks for your time.

I bought a yearly subscription for Medici tv. I thought that gave me access to everything.

No mention was advertised of a premium subscription.

The performances that I wanted to watch were unavailable to me. My subscription is largely worthless.

User's recommendation: Subscribe to premium or subscribe to nothing. Regular yearly subscriptions are worthless. What they offer can be found on YouTube.

Immediate discontinuation of my subscription

I am back from my 64 days reserves in the Israeli Army Forces and realize I have been charged $149 for

renewing the medici.tv subscription. Unfortunately I cannot continue that for the time being.

Please discontinue my subscription immediately, and reimburse me the $149 appropriately.
