even with full fibre speed over 300mbps , dropped quality to lowest level, used google chrome
with chromecast and macbook pro I still get buffering.
you will continue to get more negative reviews which is a shame since the content is great and you support RCM
If you don't improve then customers will sign up with ROH, Met, La Scala etc. who have their own streaming service. This is a shame as if you sorted your technical issues out customers would prefer to stay with you as its cheaper than having five different subscriptions.

Hi,
I tried to unsubscribe from Medici about a month ago but no one got back to me.
Would y'all be able to stop my account from being charged the annual amount and refund me the amount that has already been charged ($149, I believe)? I have not been using this account at all, and I've made efforts to move forward with a refund.
I have tried multiple emails and no one has gotten back to me.
There is also not an option to unsubscribe on the website. Thanks for your time.
