Approved for $8,000 for a procedure and after waiting days for call backs and never really able to reach Cecilia when she said she would be in, it took an additional 2 weeks for them to send the payment to our clinic! Then found out the check was for $1,500 LESS THAN what we were told but we are still being held responsible for the full $8,000!!

On top of that, were told later on that a fee was being charged to the clinic "just in case we defaulted on our loan"! But still Cecilia has never answered satisfactorily where the missing $1,500 is!!! And yet we're told that we may have to pay an ADDITIONAL $1,000 to the clinic! Luckily, we have a great clinic who is working with us to try and find another resolution for that extra $1,000 that medicalfinancing.com wanted to charge them but then passed on to us to pay!

Find another resource!!! I know all this frustration will be worth it when we have our family but these people are absolutely ridiculous and money-hungry!!

This company put me through "***" when I was approved for a surgery loan trying to borrow 5000.00. The customer service agent Alex phone #818-925-**** set me up and approved for what he said was a cash loan through Montery Financial Bank. The monthly payment was to be 179.73 and was easily doable. It was a done deal but after all the credit bureau checks,a set surgery date, time off work for me and so on, this company started changing their story. Part of this was done behind my back but the loan which was supposed to be cash was changed with the Doctors office to be paid directly to them and at a $1000.00 extra cost. He claimed that the Doctor was going to be charged for the loan on their end too so EXTRA COST. Not at all what they told me at first or I would not have gone along with this.

Then Alex and his supervisor got on the phone right before this surgery and canceled this loan based on some false report that his suddenly came up with. Monterey Financial had already sent me the payment coupons and I really was getting mad about Medicalfinancing.com constantly calling me on the phone with more added charges more verification, and just a bunch of unnecessary inconveniences.

I had read several complaints out there about this business but thought the way they made it sound I would be OK. I paid out of pocket for blood work, ekg and other tests. When the loan was canceled at the last minute I had to forfeit those charges, time off work, put through a lot of stress, hired a caregiver and so on. This was an outrage!! Deceptive enrollment practices, downright lies to me about extra charges to Doctors office, and just plan WRONG ON THEIR PART. It seems that they put me out their with other banks and loans companies and I am not not able to get anything told unknown reasons that I never had before. My credit score is above average too.

Said I had to put my credit card info in to prove it was me !! Charged me 19.45 And declined my lian no refund disputing charge ! I would never pay 19.45 for a loan approval when my credit isn't perfect

are they supposed to ask for $9.95 and my. credit card just to apply for loan. ive applied for other loans like care credit and didn't pay a fee nor did they ask for my credit card

This place is a total rip off. They tried to charge me a $1200 fee to borrow $8800 and at an interest rate of 24.9%.

I have perfect credit.. this is crazy. Then this guy (Alex) keeps calling my doctor to try to get the loan approved. Now they will not respond to my email.

Seriously, what a joke of a company. I applied for a loan, not only did I not get approved, but they then tried to bill me for nothing!

This has been ongoing for a couple months. I even gave them 100 to try to get them off my back, but only made them more thirsty for my blood!

Stay away at all costs!Its just a sad day when when a dude named Peter keeps calling you, and leaving angry messages for something I never had! Its only best that anyone go somewhere else so they wont have this harassment on a daily basis.

MEDICALFINANCING.COM ARE SCAMMERS. they tell you one thing then they change the documents upon signing them.

they want to charge me an exorbitant fee of more than 1500.00. DO NOT USE MEDICALFINANCING.COM for any procedure AT ALL. they told me NO down payment for the financing for a medical procedure then after i had given a huge down payment (part of which is non refundable) to the doctors office they changed the docs to try to strong arm me into paying a huge "processing fee" . then tried to change it to a security deposit of 2000.00.

WTH !! not to mention they are charging credit card rates of 19.9% for the loan on top of it. i mean really if i had that kind of money i wouldnt want to borrow any from THEM !! they are not worth the hassle to even use as a source for financing for any medical procedure.so please please please repost this daily and tell all your friends to repost this so that they are forewarned NOT to use these loan sharks !!!!

Medicalfinancing.com is definitely the worst option available as far as medical financing goes. When I applied- I waited 24hrs and received absolutely no notification that I was approved.

So I decided to call & then I was notified that I was approved. My loan officer Cecelia told me that in order to complete the process I would need to schedule my procedure (which requires a 10% downpayment). After making the appointment & providing Cecelia with my loan documents I heard nothing from her for weeks. So with it being 3 weeks til my procedure I decided to email her & ask for an update- to make sure my doctors office received payment.

NO RESPONSE. One week later (the day before my pre-op) I received a letter in my mail from medicalfinancing.com stating that my loan was denied. So I called Cecelia in the morning a couple hours before my pre-op & she nonchalantly told me that my co-signer did not have adequate proof of income & that I did not make enough to sustain my own loan. I thought this was outrageous because my paystubs reflect my income at $1000 per week & I was only trying to fund $5000.

So come to find out- SHE READ MY STUBS WRONG & thought they were bi-weekly. After arguing with her and being shot down at any idea I had to fix the situation, she told me she would call me the next morning with some results for a new loan. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN!

The next day- I applied for a zero interest for 1 year Citi Bank card & was approved for much more than I needed for my procedure. This woman was clearly incompetent & I assume that is a reflection of this company- considering someone thought it was smart to hire her.
