I underwent surgery followed the procedure and got pre-authorization and the surgery was done now I received a bit from Cure day hospital where the surgery was done that the medical refuse to pay due to I was not a member at the time of surgery and I never ever missed a payment on my medical aid for the past 15years

Admin staff nighmare

I really like my provider. This is the only office I have every encountered in 30 years in healthcare myself that will not fax a referral to another practice. They would rather inconvenience the patient and make them pick up a referral instead of being patient friendly and faxing a referral to another office. I am leaving this practice as getting a referral is a nightmare and the rudeness of the staff is intolerable.

Michelle the office manager is awful.

Michelle, the office manager is awful. I called for a non urgent sick visit. I didn't expect to be seen today, considering its Friday around noon, but I did expect respect when I called to schedule. The first available they could offer me was December 6, today is October 27. I said, okay Ill take it because like I said this matter is not urgent. But the receptionist did not even ask what I was being seen for. I asked her if she wanted to know and she said no. From her attitude, I asked if I could speak to the office manager. Well now I see and understand why the front desk staff is as awful as it is. She was very argumentative, stating she has excellent front desk staff. After listening to her argue and belittle me, as a person, she then said I was an "unhappy" person, and that I will be receiving a letter in the mail for discharge since they could not make me happy. Overall, management is poor, front desk staff is poor. In the past I have referred my patients to this practice for primary care, I will definitely not be doing that now. Also beware- they will reschedule appointments, cancel appointments, without notice to the patient.

Medical Health Group Prescription Refill Review

If you are looking for an office to lie to you about prescriptions and waste your time when they never actually call them in/fill them out, And an office that moves its location without notifying you at all, And then also has your primary care physician retire but dont tell you.... Then be angry at you when ya need something, Then this is the office for you! -.-
