Medical Diagnostic Laboratories is HORRIBLE!!!!

I just wanted to post how rude some of the employees are here, when I original called customer service Leah sounded like she wanted to go to sleep and not be bothered plus it took forever to get a live person to answer my call. I called another time to the billing department and Christina also sounded as if she didn't want to be there. The only person i spoke with that sounded professional and was helpful was Noelia. You would think being a lab, they would have enough agents available for frequently asked questions...who ever is in charge of customer service, please teach your reps proper phone ettique.
