I repeatedly try to contact them but it states it is open but phone hours 9 am to 5 pm and can not pickup but then you wait & it hangs up on you, or transfers you just to hang up on you. I'm in a identity theft and have a housing correction which I was at wrong and they justified it by throwing me out of my house and refusing my insurance.

We have a 92 yrs. old Dad who is now disable.

He has a very hard time walking, pain in legs, and other problems. Just to check to see if his kidneys are failing we need to go 50 to 60 miles to see one of their approve doctors. We can't go to one in our town. This ride would kill him and they do not understand.

I been writing to get a new evaluation for him, also asking for more time for Person Care Service. They need letters or notes from doctors. Come on we are in need and feel we are hitting a brick wall.

Because we do not know if the doctor will do what we asked in a timely time. We shouldn't have to beg for help and aids needed.

I tried to communicate with Rhode Idsland Medicaid office and those lazy people kept me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes. I cannot believe that they are being paid for not answering any phone calls. Bad service customer!!!!!

These sociopaths REFUSE to allow the pharmacy to fill my prescriptions. It happened many times, including today A A GAIN when I saw my doctor and he examined me AND I CAN Barely walk, having to stop 3 times between the car and his office- he sent in a prescription to Walgreens on Torrey Pines and Charleston, and they are telling me it needs prior authorization which my doctor explained to me he TAKES CARE of that OF THAT EVERY TIME HE MAKES SURE HE DOES

Has your dentist told you that the deep cleaning is not covered by medicaid? Not true!

Has your dentist told you that they submitted the request for deep cleaning and it was denied? Not true! Medicaid payes for the deep cleaning, it is covered (code D4341), but they pay the dentist $20.00 per quadrant, $$80, and the dentists dont like that, because they usually charge around $500 and most private insurances pay them that much. So what do they do?

They attach code D9630 IRRIGATION, which is just an antibiotic mouth wash they spray on your gumms at the end of the cleaning, 1 minute procedure and it not covered by medicaid. They charge you between $60 and $40 per quadrant ($240/$160!!!) and they will not perform the deep cleaning if you dont pay them out of your pocket! This is blackmail! They are not happy with what medicaid pays them, so they want us to pay the difference.

If we are medicaid recipiants, that mean we are poor, probably on SSI, we dont have that kind of money! Therefore we cannot have the procedure done. Same thing with the fillings, they are covered, they receive $51.00 from medicaid, but they dont like that so they attach D9910 APPLICATION OF some decation which is NOT necessary and its not covered and they charge you $60!!! More than the filling!

And, again, they will not perform the procedure you need unless you pay for the gimmic.

For example, Quantum Dental (Boynton Beach), When I tried to get a deep cleaning done, first they told me that medicaid always denyes the requests, so I called the insurance company and they told me it was not true. The first time they submitted the wrong request so I had to go back and do it the right way so that medcaid would accepted it. The second time, they told me it was denied again, but when I called the insurance company, they said that it was covered. When I called them again, they changed their story and said that I would had to pay up front and may or may not get reimbursed, but that I had to pay for the medications (the fluid they spray after the deep cleaning a 2 minuts procedure), which was not covered and it was $37.

I told Judy that I had no problem paying for the medication but I would call the insurance again about paying the deep cleaning up front. When cnfronted with the insurance agent, she changed the story again saying that I didn't have to pay for the deep cleaning but the medication was now $300 with a 50% discount!!!!! Now we all know that a deep cleaning ANYWHERE, even without insurace, with medication is never higher than $600!!!!! Evidently they are not hapoy with what the insurance pays them for the deep cleaning and they were going to get more money one way or another.

They should be out of business!!!!

Another dentist I went to see, hoping that would be honest,(Royal Dental Boynton Beach) did practicly the same thing, only that they wanted $240 for the irrigation.

The insurance company called several other dentists, and they are all practicing this scam to get paid what they actually want for the procedures and not what the insurance pays.

Bottom line, people on medicaid in Florida cannot have any kind of dental procedures. I know for a fact that in Oregon is not like that, you can get fillings and deep cleanings for free, period.

I hope medicaid people will read this and write to medicaid, congressmen, anybody, and get this scam resolved!

I would like to ask FBI and ADA irganization to investigate congresdman who maked Medicaid to refuse service or taking away the insurance from people with documented disabilities in time of need for immediate attentiin by writing misinterpretation of the true and false facts on the survey, which breaks ADA act They make and are pushy for people to do survey every time they call there. They even say that pregnant females should see dr.

Once in the month, when in yhe 3 rd trimester you see dr. Every week especially if you have complications during pregnancy.Usually they do survey for 5 min every time you call, but today took one hour to ask me questions. I am a single mother who does not work, and my newborn is in need of immediate attention due to kidney problems and some other issues which can make him be on wheelchair forever or even his kidney to get damaged or infected to the point that he may need new kidney. My child medical needs can Not wait other 3 months when actually I meet all the requirements for my child to have medicaid. Do you see people how corrupted Chicago is? If you have a chance to do insurance comming from rich suburb, I would suggest to be done. For next year, i will be looking for some office outside of chicago.

My suggestion is Do Not Do the survey. It is a trick fir them to take your medicaid. Do not tell them how many times you see dr and do Not tell them your ethnic background. Even if they keep on going and being pushy, treat them with FBI or Better Business Bereau.

Based on her actions, my conclusion is that chicago will just leave insurances for people born in the United States, which is race discrimination. She even did not ask me if I am American citizen or illinois resident, which is passing the requirements. All of this freud and musdeaminer comes from the corrupted people on top of Chicago and from the cortupted congressmen who is having insurances do that, but at the same time they are steeling the taxpayers money. If they wanted me to pay for insurance, this *** on top of Chicago should not have made his lawyer who is saving Chicago' s money in their sweet words to harass me and abuse me in every teaching job I found.

I have significant degenerative spine conditions in my cervical and lumbosacral spine, plus other significant physical stuff thats degenerative as well. Have mris,scans, and xrays.

On disability and medicaid. In a Texas clinic for last year, and the puppeteers in medicaid paid of another hired puppet provider to obliterate all my objective physical medical evidence and conditions. Same thing like the clinic before. The clinic before had pcps come and go.

I had proofs from radiology and my own faxes, that they had all the imaging, and would hand the records to them at each visit. They would give me osteoarthritis med and back spasm med, yet records show NOTHING. No diagnosed medical condition except secondary fibromyalgia. My federal diagnosis I got my disability on has been persistently deleted and ignored.

This last place am at now I gave the one provider first day all my records, she copied them and handed them back to me copied from the clinics type format copier as some proof for me. It included one page I filled up with info as much as could also, fit it one page with note that I bring med record to every new provider. That page faxed in. However, faxing too expensive per page nowadays so good faith handed to new provider.

That should be all that is necessary. As well as radiology telling me over phone they faxed all imagery to her and clinic. radiology have paper proofs that all imagery sent to every past provider, PLUS my faxes to them. But totally ignored.

The radiology, and note I faxed describing all imagery content and that brought to appointment, and all radiology imagery reports not in record at all. Chump show for third parties. There is NO knowing, who these lowlife degenerates are, that are staff in medicaid doing this. They think someone will cut off benefits cause nothing in record, obviously where this is going.

I would rather go to a hay stack needle indigent clinic, NON MEDICAID. But they refuse service to medicaid insured. Basically you have to be on this with disability. Sociopath low life cr$$k$, taking medicaid funds and keeping it for themselves and cronies.

We have both Medicaid and insurance from work we use the insurance from work first and they have a 10 dollar co pay on all 5 meds i take 5 meds that are covered by both insurance and Medicaid but medicaid wont cover the co pay for 3 of them but they cover co pay for the other 2 drugs i take also covered by both insurance and Medicaid and they paid Co pay for hospital and ER as well i cant afford 30 dollar extra per month for meds i am report to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as suing Medicaid of Maine

Why is vision and dental separate from traditional health care? Arms, feet, hands, bones, brain, ears, nose, throat, stomach, heart, knees, ankles, back, reproductive, *** and elbows (to name a few) are covered under traditional health care.

Why are my teeth and eyes not included? This makes no sense to me. I am a disabled senior citizen and I need glasses, but can't afford them.

Medicare does not cover glasses anymore. I have been told that I make too much money to qualify for Medicaid ($1200.00/mo)

Mainecare/Medicaid prints on its yearly reviews that it will claim the estates of recipients up to the amount of medical services rendered. Most elderly people and an increasing number nationwide have no other health insurance available that will supplement Medicare.

This entitles states to take property and bank accounts that would normally be left to children, grandchildren, and charitable organizations. People have to come together and take this issue to court as many times as it takes to make certain that inheritance is still available.

The government does not need to force future generations into poverty. Social Services was put into place to help people.

A very rude gentleman called my husbands cell phone; when I answered he proceeded to tell me of his debt. I exolained to the (nice) gentleman that my husband had become diabled and that between insurance and medicaid all debts should have been square, he snapped and said "do not interupt me" when I said exuse me?

He said "just pay your *** bill by the end of the week or else!" then hung up.

I went to the lunch seminar yesterday. I fell for the whole deal, my fault.

What I found so disturbing was when I went to get my password and access no. There was a woman who told the man at the table that she was on disability and could not earn money. He told her "that is ok, just put it in his name, and here let him sign this form". He was really telling her to defraud the government. That was 1. a surprise, I did not know being on disability I could not earn money. 2. I could not believe what I was witnessing, and what came out of this mans mouth. I found out I could not earn more than $60 a month. I called to tell them and cancel the program and as the speaker said,when you call our number, you will get a voice in the US. The man I spoke to was in the Philippines. Who are you people really? Is this really a scam. Wonder if Medicaid would be interested in this company?

Since i started smoking fsc, cig i have noticed coughing, lungs hurt, sore throat Dont give me any flact, when i started there were no warnings, and didnt know they tainted them to addict us.
