To make a refund
I lodged my visa 8th Feb, but decided to withraw my visa application. So I want to cancel my OSHC and get my refund.I did the payment through Convera on 19th January 2024.
Preferred solution: Full refund
Alliance travel Insurance
- - I used Medibank Private via Alliance.
- - I filed a claim on 10/5/11 for illness; emails disclosed another customer's details.
- - The claim remains unresolved.
I took out travel insurance through Medibank Private who use Alliance Insurance for their insurance. I submitted a claim on 10/5/11 due to a illness I had to cancel a flight and holiday to Alaska,it still hasn't been resolved.I have had 3-4 case officers, each one asks for different request slightly different from the previous case officer.
Why cannot they get their act together and make one request and set it out asking for every thing they want.
They have disclosed to me via emails details relating to another customer. Just how long does it take to make a decision and get a refund fo9r monies lost
