- - I called 20+ times and emailed 10+ times over 12 months with no response.
- - Website phone numbers don’t work, and the CES booth wouldn’t connect me.
I've called this company at least 20x and have emailed them at least 10x over the last 12 months. No one has ever answered.
The number on this website doesn't work and half the numbers on their website don't work.
I went to CES and saw their booth at CES, I even tried to talk to someone there, but the receptionists wouldn't get anyone or allow me to go inside.

So I recently bought a laptop that had the MT7902 chipset, hoping to run a Linux distro. To my disappointment, I was unable because there are literally no drivers for this chipset. Until there is a change and there are finally drivers for this chipset, I will continually be angry at this company for a good reason.
Preferred solution: Support for linux drivers.
