I contacted the company with customer service every day but I don’t get my return money back until now it’s been two months almost I’m so tired of calling every day customer service with out any solution

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought an Asus laptop 10 days ago. I understand that I have a problem with the OLED screen. After using it, I feel pain in my eyes and also a little headache. My previous laptop was IPS and I did not have any problem with that. So, I decided to refund the laptop. I would be happy if you can guide me. My purchase was personal, not online, and I bought it from MediaMarket in Budapest, in the Westend branch.

I bought a whirlpool dishwasher from MediaMarkt in Krakow, from 25th of February there was a leakage in one of the valves, which I wrote them. On 25th of March one month later, they were supposed to be at my place and didn't show up.

Now they gave me a new date which is 5th of April.

It is a disaster that I have to wait for more than a month for just changing a valve. I do not recommend Whirlpool products in MediaMarkt for their poor customer service.

Bought a brand new pair of earbuds from Mediamarkt's store in Lloret de Mar, Spain. They broke down a day after I returned home. Not only do they not have any details for where and whom one can complain about such issues, but even after asking for a customer service va Pissed Customer, I still had no answer.The company could answer a customer's request for a repair or offer to send a new item if the original one is broken.

Beste meneer, mevrouw, Ik heb een klacht.

Twee weken geleden precies om 25-Nov-2023 heb ik een telefoon besteld als cadeau voor mijn vader. Helaas heb ik de telefoon nog steeds niet ontvangen.

Ik heb al vier of vijf keer gebeld, maar het probleem is nog niet opgelost. Op uw website belooft u: "Binnen een werkdag in huis!" Maar ik wacht nu al veel langer op mijn bestelling. Ik ben hier echt niet tevreden over! Wanneer kan ik de telefoon verwachten?

Anders wil ik graag mijn geld onmiddellijk terug dan ga ik de telefoon bij een andere winkel kopen.

Avoid Mediamarkt at all cost

Ordered a fridge from Mediamarkt and the installers did significant damage to our floors. They told me "It's Mediamarkt's problem."

Mediamarkt refuses to take responsibility and will not compensate us for the damage, which will cost 750 euros to repair.

I will never shop for anything at Mediamarkt again.

Faulty macbook air- a full month to repair

I purchased a MacBook Air from MediaMarket. A year and half later, it stopped functioning.

I took it to the genius bar at Apple, and they assured me that it was nothing I had done, the damage came from within the product, meaning it was faulty. I had then been informed that the first year of guarantee for a product is taken care of by the manufacturer and the second year by the store from which the product was bought, as per European law. As I had purchased the laptop 1 year and a half prior I then traveled to Germany for the sole purpose to get it repaired, as I have since moved and currently studied in Belgium. They had first tried to make me pay for the repair and had denied that the item was still guaranteed by them, regardless of the law.

After having spoken with the manager they then, reluctantly, agreed to get it fixed in 10 to maximum 15 working days. I gave the MacBook the 24th of December 2021, and it is now the 21st of January 2022, and I have still not received my repaired product with absolutely no update whatsoever on the date it could be fixed. I am a student, this entire month is exam period, I live in Brussels. Regardless of my requests, they denied sending the product to Belgium Media market or providing me with a device in the meantime, as I know was done in the past with other costumers.

I have had to extend my stay by a month in Germany for the sole purpose of receiving my repaired product after its taken 20 working days so far (having factored in Christmas days, New year's and all the weekends). This has been a huge inconvenience and every time I visit them to ask about an update on the repair as I have put my whole life on hold for it, they respond in an entirely rude manner. I still don't have my Pc.

This stay has ended up costing me more than the value of the MacBook. I am entirely dissatisfied with their costumer service and do not recommend at all.
