Web site is very confusing, why do they need telephone #. After entering e mail address it prompted something couldn't read.un able to use phone site, apparently they do not want complaints or offer assistance unless you sit on phone for up to 30 min to get no help for problem. For what they charge should have better web site for trouble. Wish we had another choise would leave them asap.

The commercials are lies. My cabke and internet are intermittent. The tech that came out had all excuses, didnt finish job. Issues still not resolved even after sending anither tech.

On 28th of feb soppose to hook up to mediacom at 4:00pm but did not come out . I was told at Decatur ind office they would be out at 4:00 made a appointment . But mediacom said i have to be here at home between 1pm and 5pm but have to work not happy when no one show upat 4pm so going to cancel if this is the way you treat costumers.
