Resolved: Refusal to reissue refund
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Overpaid and took 2 months to get refund..:plus 10 phone calls! O offer of anything for my time and frustration or even an apology!!!!
Disconnected service in 7/7 and mailed back equipment. Refund was issued around 7/15; but still have not received it.
I have made 5 calls to them and they keep giving me the run-around .6 weeks should be plenty of time.
AND I WILL BET THEY WONT WAIT 6 weeks for a payment (without charging a fee). Want my money!!!
