I still have not had anyone contact me since Monday as requested, my emails have gone unanswered they just send you the same questions, calls are not being answered what is happening this is so frustrating. Would never recommend as no idea how Ill get a refund with this behaviour.

Would have given zero stars if that option available!! Text sent at 10am to say delivery between 11.30 &13.30 tried to contact them to say not going to be there.
Doesn't seem to be any contact phone number so emailed to say don't deliver. Returned to find a settee left out side my door. Were they expecting me to carry that up to a first floor flat on my own. I'm not super women for heaven's sake.
How stupid is that. Ps also starting to rain, nice...
