Medclr is a horrible collection agency

I am trying to pay off an old account with Medclr. I was on hold for more than an hour. When I finally reached a nasty lady, she told me to make the payment, but she or anyone else was unwilling to sign a fulfillment agreement, simply stating that once my bill is paid, it will state to remove it off my credit report. The nasty lady, named Kim, hung up on me. I am simply trying to pay my bills and clear my credit report so I can purchase a vehicle. I pray no one else has to ever deal with NCO Medclr
