I requested a truck with a lift gate because we had two large tool boxes full of tools. I explained this when I booked the move. They sent 2 guys without a lift gate.
Then they wanted to charge $150.00 extra because I had 15 steps instead of 12. Several of my items were damaged beyond repair.

MOST EVERYTHING WAS IN BOXES OR TOTES.
NOW DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS AND OUR STORAGE FACILITY BEING SHUT DOWN WE CANNOT HAVE OUR GOODS DELIVERED. SO ON TOP OF THE $7,712 WE ARE NOW PAYING $350 PER MONTH FOR THEM TO HOLD UNTIL OUR STORAGE FACILITY REOPENS. WE ALREADY PAID $3,549 UPFRONT.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - IN NO WAY DO THEY HAVE THE VETERAN'S BEST INTEREST IN MIND. JUST A WAY TO MAKE SOME MONEY ON A DISABLED VETERAN OR ANY VETERAN AND I AM TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT.
ALSO THE PERSON WE SPOKE TO WE COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND WHILE HIS SCREAMING CHILD WAS IN THE BACKGROUND.
GREAT WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.
