Order Never Actually Shipped After 3 Months - Customer Service is an AI Bot

3 months waiting on my order. A shipping label was created shortly after the order was placed, but it never actually shipped.
I reached out several times, and I always received an AI response. The response felt manipulative, as I was consistently assured the issue was being monitored and that I would receive an update, but I never actually received an update despite being told I would by 'Maribeth' every time I emailed. I'm not sure if an actual human being was ever once made aware of the issue with my order. The supplies are for a non-profit, and I simply cannot wait for an entire year or more for the order to be fulfilled with no update.
Given my experience, I am worried if the medical supplies are even from quality distributors or if they are counterfeits. Order from a reputable supplier instead.
