I ordered CPAP supplies in early March 2024, but never heard from them. When I called for the 3rd time, I was able to speak to someone.

They claimed part of my order was on backorder. So instead of shipping part of my order, they were holding everything. .No one from the company contacted me with any information. Also, they claimed they were waiting on a prescription.

Well they had one in the Foley office and it should have been sent to the reorder department.

The reorder department had called me one week after I got my new CPAP machine. If they needed a prescription they should have contacted the Foley office.Beware
