25% undisclosed restocking fee
Medmart has ambigous 25% restocking fees when purchaseing online. I suggest you go to your local mobility store to get equipment.

This company will empathetically keep $2,800 from a refund to a Parkinson's patient, a 76-year-old man on a fixed income. If they did it to him, dont think twice that they would do it to you.
Med Mart stole $2,800 from a disabled, elderly man because he returned the wheelchair. They suggested they disclosed a 25% restocking fee on a $5,000 wheelchair but instead gave him a protection policy that was useless.
The manager named J...e is the most patronizing and demeaning woman I have spoken with over the phone. This company's karma really has it coming.
