never repaid refund from India after non operation and kept lying when asked about refund they said would be sent and I paid extra at hospital and had to pay flight and travel home

HOW DOES *** LIKE HIM GET AWAY WITH WORKING AND BEING HIRED BY COMPANIES AND ABLE TO HOLD HIS HEAD UP FOR THE MISERY HE CAUSED.

I FIND IT RIDICULOUS THAT THEY GET AWAY WITH CHEATING PEOPLE AND OPEN OR GET EMPLOYED BY COMPANIES.
Fought for my life in India
After my husband had successful heart surgery with Med Journeys I thought I would go back and have a abdomnioplasty and face lift. My daughter came and had a breast reduction.First Kapok was 40 minutes late to the airport.
Then he dropped us off at the door at the hospital. we waited 2 hours to be admitted. When we arrived at our room, we were expected to share it with a man!. No one to help us sort out the problem for hours!
My daughter's surgery was first. She seemed to come out fine. I was the next day. They surprised me with a $2,000 extra fee to do my eyes.
Okay, then surgery. Woke up the next day with such pain, and the nurse who spoke no English couldn't understand anything I was trying to say. I couldn't even get bottled water. No one from Med Journeys around to check on me.
36 hours later I was finally able to see my daughter because she had been upstairs all this time screaming to see if I was still alive! I was in so much pain, but all they gave me Tylenol. After four days of literally banging my cup on the bars of the bed for help, I saw a doctor who got me off the barbaric bubble bed that was killing me, gave me some soup and YEAH, bottled water! We were taken to the bed and breakfast who does business with Med Journeys by driver, no Med Journeys representative around at all.
Now, I had been here before with my husband the year prior, so I was familiar. Treatment by owner was good, however, the workers deliberately opened the door to our room for dinner when we were getting dressed ( which took an hour) and we were totally naked. This happened on three separate occasions. We gave them holey *** but they just laughed.
Then the one day we went out shopping, I dropped my camera under the seat and neither my daughter or I could physically get down and reach it. They said it wasn't there! I lost 1700 pictures of our vacation in Thailand prior to flying to India. When the swelling went down and I had my post op treatment appointment, I asked why the bottom of my face wasn't done.
"oh, that's separate" the doctor said. My daughter's scars are huge, at least 3/4" wide and her *** are not even. This whole trip was a complete misleading, unprofessional disaster!.
I had tried to reach the company when I returned home, to no avail.
Please, investigate but go with another company. They should never get your money1

Med journeys owns my $30,000.00 and salery
I was an employee of Med Journeys when i loaned a sum of $30,000.00 to invest in there business with a promise of to return that money in 2 months. I obtained this money as a settlement of a car accident case because i had a broken rib and two dislocated disks in my right lower back.also they never paid my salary dues.
Now, Ashok Krishana ans his son Sonny krishana have vanished from New Jersey & they have changed there phone no,s and even after two and half years, i am still trying to locate them and keep begging to give my money back. Also i have a judgement against them from superior court of Trenton New Jersey.----Docket no-esx-l-001193-11 ---- judgement no- j-3344**-**. if any one can find them or has any contact information fro these two father and son PLEASE contact me via e-mail i.e.

Still awaiting refund after 6 month
Med Journeys are RIP OFF . I went for Hip Surgery and to cut a long story short.
WAS GIVEN TESTS AND TOLD I HAD A HEART CONDITION WHICH LATER IN UK WAS TESTED AND NOTHING SERIOUS WAS FOUND WRONG. I was given 5 minutes to make my mind up to do further test but decided to go home as this wasn't part of the treatment. THEN ALL THE PROBLEMS STARTED.I had to pay my own fare home and MED JOURNEYS totally ignore you and didn't have the courtesy to enquire about my health. AS FOR A REFUND I am still waiting but nothing happens.It is now over 6 MONTH and they still dont reply and EVEN BLACKLIST YOUR E-MAILS.
Their LAWYER (APPETLAW) seems to be as bad as by ignoring update requests ETC.
TAKE MY ADVISE AS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG BEWARE. TIM WALLACE / ASHOK KRISHANA / SONNY KRISHANA are the stumbling blocks.

No! Med Jorneys
Med Jorneys 120 Mountain Ave,Mounclair N.J .Had extensive cosmetic surgery in India May 3.I booked Thur this company.I had upper and lower face lift,upper and lower eye lift, forehead reduction,forehead lift chin implant,fat transfer and extensive neck lift.
I paid in full before surgery. Dr. recommended not having cheek implant as originally planned instead he did fat transfer in cheeks.
After surgery Dr. said he was charging me for the cheek implants, he did not do, because it takes more trouble to inject fat than do implants.
I now have A chin implant that's turned loose,drooping outer eye lids,and a ulcer on ankle that's not healing from injection(spider vein treatment.)under skin instead of vein.
In India I meant two other ladies who expressed the same poor service from Med Jorneys .
They do not call back or answer email. Dr.Kashyap surgeon , responded once sence surgery to email (from me!) Told me to wait until swelling was down more. So I waited.Three more weeks.
No call from Dr.to see if problems were better no return call or responce to my email.
This Company has been a nightmare to work with, once they get your money don't expect service. I'm still waiting for air fare refund from April flight they canceled 3 days before I was to leave.
Med journeys totally unsupportive/hidden fees
On January 26th, 2011, I underwent a biilateral mastectomy at ENT Hospital in Tijuana, Mexico. The surgery was arranged by Med Journeys. I paid Med Journeys 7900 dollars in fees for what their website promised was an "all inclusive" service. As I was lying in a room being prepped for anesthesia, I was informed that I needed to pay an extra 500-plus dollars in fees due to a hospital policy discriminating against persons with HIV. I was very upfront about my HIV status in my initial information form that I filled out as I was gathering information about Med Journeys, in my conversations with Med Journeys staff, and in my final paperwork that I faxed to the organization during the week before my departure for Mexico. Just moments before I was to be wheeled into the operating room, I was told that my surgery could not proceed without paying this charge, and I was forced to put it on my debit card as I lay there.
I strongly believe that it is the responsibility of Med Journeys to have been fully informed about the hospital's policies before they scheduled my surgery. My companion and I were also assured that the organization would refund the charge as soon as they looked into the situation. My companion has been trying to get a resolution for an overpayment of this fee which occurred on the day of my surgery for over 2 weeks now. She has been repeatedly blown off and dismissed in a fashion that I have realized is typical treatment from Med Journeys staff.
In addition to the complaint about the extra hospital fee outlined above, I would also like to record that I am appalled by the reality of what I received for my "all inclusive" experience vs. what I was led to BELIEVE I would receive when I was exploring Med Journey's website and considering the organization as a service provider. Food, local and/or international phone calls and expenses for prescriptions given by the doctor in Mexico were NOT included in my fee. I was NOT given a "case manager" (as promised) to walk me through any part of the procedure, either here in the U.S. or in Mexico. I talked to a different person on the phone almost every single time I called Med Journeys, and my calls, emails and inquiries were never answered in a timely fashion. Much of the time I could not get in touch with anyone. In fact, I was left to flounder on my own from the moment I stepped foot south of the border. There were times I found myself in tears even as an experienced international traveler and a fluent Spanish speaker. I kept wondering over and over, "what if my PARENTS had signed on for something like this???" The stress would have killed them. Med Journey's website offers a picture of an "all inclusive", personalized, stress-free experience, nothing like the nightmare I experienced.
I would like the following resolution to this situation: I need to be repaid in full for the extra hospital charge of over 500 U.S. dollars. I would also like Med Journeys to amend their website to include a more realistic picture of what defines "all inclusive", especially if there is a discrepancy between what clients get from country to country.
My advice to anyone seeking medical treatment outside the country: look very closely at how the company treats you before you leave the country. In my case, Med Journeys was way more attentive when they were trying to get my money than after they had it, and this trend has carried on until this day, 4 weeks post-surgery, as they have still not responded to my contacts or resolved this situation. Don't travel with Med Journeys!
