- - Recliner went fully back and the footrest rose, making it hard to exit.
- - It’s 1 year old and I can’t access paperwork or warranty.
This recliner is not safe. The recliner went all the way back to the floor and the foot rest went up leaving me struggling to get out of it.
I was able to get out of it but don't trust it again, only 1 year old, my old recliner was 20 years old and just starting to wear out (but not a Merco).
Cannot find paperwork or warranty so cannot do anything about it. Would not purchase again.
