They've never gottten back to me about a problem I've been having with a chipper constantly plugging.
The company called me and wants a video of the chipper in action. I asked why it took so long to get back to me (2 to 3 weeks) They told me they were having phone issues.
(yeah, right!) After that response I more or less figured I'm just wasting my time with them and it's a no win situation.
I'm not going to deal with them anymore and I'd advise all others not to as well. I'm done.
I ran 2 to 3 inches of material through a 4-inch chipper, and it constantly plugs. I've made numerous attempts to contact them, but they never reached out to me. The one thing the company is excellent at is their ability to turn into Houdini and disappear completely!

- - I contacted MechMaxx 20+ times for a replacement; fraud is their game.
I ordered over $3,500.00 of products from them. I received one of the products but supposedly the other one according to my conversations with UPS, was empty, nothing in it?
I have contacted MechMaxx over twenty times trying to have them review the situation and ship a replacement order?
They are complete failures, fraud is their game. If you are considering ordering from them, don't do it!
