This bank is rip off - I paid my loan off early and can't get my title for 30-45 days

When I called they said it would take 30 - 45 days to get my title when I paid my loan off early. I was never a minute late with a payment in 10 months of a 3 year loan and I paid it off in 2 years ahead of time.
I have a buyer and I cant get the title. When I asked they said that they do the titles in the order they are closed. I said well than you need to hi9re more people. When I got upset and raised my voice slightly she said "you don't have to yell".
God forbid I was late with a payment they would have repossessed my car in a week. Don't use this bank - they are not even the lowest rate but i wanted to buy the car and this was the fastest loan application approved.
NEVER AGAIN. 30 -45 days to get a simple title.DONT USE THIS BANK
