To transfer my bonus point fron mecca new zealand to Australia as i just moved to Australia.
Hi there,
I am a faithful Mecca customer who just moved to Melbourne from Auckland. I am level 3 and working towards level 4.I was told by your staff that the points are transferable.
Sadly, I am not able to transfer my bonus points from Mecca NZ to Mecca Australia.
I do not understand why it is not possible since they are the same parent company. Disappointed customer.
